At Temidimples, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our updated refund and cancellation policy below:

Physical Products (e.g., Nurse Buddie Journal)

We currently do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on physical products such as Nurse Buddie journals. All journal sales are final

Services (Consultations, Coaching, Mentorship Sessions)

  • You may reschedule your consultation by contacting us at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Refunds for booked sessions are available only if canceled at least 72 hours before the session.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.
  • If Temidimples cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

Email us at nursebuddie@nursebuddie.net with:

  • Your name and email used for booking
  • Your consultation date and time
  • Whether you are requesting a refund or reschedule


Our team will respond with next steps and confirmation.
