Pre-Orders & Fulfillment

Pre-orders are currently open.
Due to the overwhelming response, order fulfillment will begin from October 20, 2025.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way via email once your order is processed and shipped.

Processing Time

After fulfillment begins, orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
During high-demand periods (such as product launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver orders across Canada.
Standard delivery times vary by location but are typically 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain threshold (if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Delays & Liability

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events may occur and are outside of our control.
The Temidimples Team is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
