Words create worlds.
As a speaker, coach, and writer, I’ve come to realize that how we use words—both on ourselves and others—shapes how we live and lead.

I’ve seen people held back not by lack of skill, but by the words spoken over them:
“You’re too much.”
“You’ll never get in.”
“Why are you trying so hard?”

And I’ve also seen people come alive because someone said:
“I see potential in you.”
“You’re not crazy for dreaming.”
“Let’s build together.”

Why do words matter?

Even Scripture reminds us that “life and death are in the power of the tongue.”
I think about the words I speak when I’m coaching someone who feels lost. I think about the words I use when I’m sharing my story online or speaking to young people who are hungry for direction. Every word is a seed.

So here’s my challenge to you:
Speak intentionally. Speak kindly. Speak life.

Whether you’re a leader, a friend, a partner, amongst many other things — your words carry weight. Use them to build, not break. Because when we speak positively, we anchor our world in purpose.
